As a respected Holistic Centre based in Glastonbury, my main goal is to lead others down the long path of self discovery. Whether you want to move your body, gain spiritual growth, calm the nervous system of stress and anxiety, release trauma, gain self awareness or be more present, I have something in the pantry for you.

A mixture of online and in person, services, I will help you along the way wherever your journey is taking you. 

Here at the Mind Pantry I believe in a truly holistic therapeutic approach when it comes to the mind and body.

I'm Nat, a Yoga teacher, Reiki & sound healer, Counsellor and Coach and I use a combination of these tools with clients offering a fully person centred approach. I love what I do and seeing the changes people can make in such a short time is incredibly rewarding.

You can choose your plan- we offer group workshops/sessions (see events) and 1-1 treatments of Reiki, Breath Work, Coaching, Counselling, Meditation & Yoga Practice & Sound Healing - you can select 1 or a combination of these to suit your needs. My yoga journey was not easy for me, I persevered for years with no joy and then the greatest thing happened. I joined an on line yoga group at the start of covid and it really changed my life, especially going through the grief of losing someone close.
Nat is an awesome human being, she is thoughtful, considerate and supportive but most importantly she has made a difference to how I feel and she has the voice of an angel. You never feel any pressure and Nat allows you to go at your own pace which is a great comfort.

Thank you for the session today! I feel really quite empowered!

I am going to practice recognising all the times I can say (out loud or to myself) 'that's not ok'! I can use the criteria of is it kind/true/necessary to help me figure it out (I love that!)

I'm also going to work on my triggers and sit with them and journal more. I think it will be interesting.

I met Nat at my first ever well-being retreat last year. I had never done yoga or even meditated properly before so I had no idea what to expect, but from the first day Nat made me feel at ease.
I can honestly say that retreat changed my life and meeting Nat and taking part in her sessions was a big part of that.
I also had a Reiki session with her which was amazing, learned how to jounral and express feelings and meditated with sound baths which I really loved. I learned so much about myself in those few days and feel so lucky to have met her.
